PBUS is about Information critical to our successful business operation and to the survival of our industry. It is about Education on federal and state bail regulation, and industry standards that affects our professional achievement. It is about Networking with fellow bail agents across the nation, to explore opportunities and to avoid pitfalls. Above all, PBUS is about you and me: stakeholders of the bail profession, who understand professional representation at national level.

PBUS understands that we members are the definition of our association. Recognizing the strength in a unified professional identity, PBUS Board of Directors have taken upon themselves to reach out to all members who are yet to renew. PBUS Membership Committee asks all of us to assist in communicating what our association membership means to us.

As bail agents, let's encourage fellow agents to join the movement; as surety companies, let's promote participation in shaping industry's future; as employers, let's guide our employees to mazimixe their career prospects; as state association, let's unite our common front at the national level.
