Linda Braswell, is a Master Certified Bail Agent by the Professional Bail Agents of the United States. She was licensed as a bail agent in 1974 after working for several years in a bail bonds office as a secretary.  She was the youngest ever licensed female Bail Agent in the State of Florida at that time.

Linda has owned Braswell Bail Bonds in Stuart, Florida, since 1975 and has served as the President of Braswell Surety Services, Inc., since 1981. In addition, she is the exclusive Florida Managing General Agent for Baltimore, Maryland based Lexington National Insurance Corporation.

Linda has served on the PBUS board since and is the Past President Florida Surety Agents Association. In 1995, she was inducted into the Professional Bail Agents of the United State Hall of Fame. She received the distinguished honor as the 2003 PBUS Bail Agent of the Year. She served on the Florida Department of Insurance Bail Bond Blue Ribbon Panel and is a Certified Florida Pre-Licensing Instructor, Certified Florida Continuing Education Instructor, and PBUS Certified Bail Agents Program Instructor.

Jeff Kirkpatrick, of Jackson, Michigan is a Life Member of PBUS and a Master Certified Bail Agent. He has been a bail agent for the past 27 years and is the Vice President of Industry Relations for Universal Fire & Casualty Insurance Company. His in?depth involvement in PBUS has led to him currently serving as it’s Executive Vice-President. He has served as Vice President, Director-at-Large, Division Director, Division Vice-Director and served on numerous PBUS committees.

Additionally, Jeff was a member of a special commission that was impaneled to recommend and implement procedural safeguards designed to enhance public safety during the fugitive apprehension process. He has taught various seminars on Skiptracing and Bail Recovery. He is the chairman of the bylaws and parliamentary committee and is the PBUS webmaster. He was responsible for the creation of the first PBUS website in 1996. Jeff is the current President of the Michigan Professional Bail Agents Association. He holds a Fidelity and Surety Insurance License from the State of Michigan. He writes both property and corporate surety bail.

Jeff obtained certification as an Electronics Technician from the Federal Communications Commission and is licensed as an Amateur Radio Operator and a certified locksmith. He is the immediate past President of the Westwood Area Community Federal Credit Union and currently serves as a Director.

Marco LiMandri entered the bail bond business in the fall of 1972. In May of 1973 he started his own agency, Big Marco Bail Bonds.  He served as President of the San Diego Bail Agents Association from 1976 until 1980.  February 1980 through May 1985 he wrote bail nights and weekends, while he worked as a business agent for the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees Union. Marco served as Chairman of the union’s Health and Welfare Trust Fund and was Secretary-Treasurer from 1982 to 1985.

In late 1985 entered the bail business full time.  In 1987 he reorganized the San Diego bail agents association and once again was elected as their President where he served until 1992 when he became the Vice President to the California Bail Agents Association.  In 1996 he was elected as President of CBAA and served in that capacity until 2000.  Marco was elected as PBUS Director At Large in 2002 and again in 2004. He now serves as Vice President of PBUS.

Russell “Gene” Newman is a bail agent from Pearl, Mississippi. Gene has been licensed since 1977, following his parents, Paul and Ruth Newman in the business. He owns and operates AAA Bonding Company in Jackson, Mississippi and also serves as Vice President of Industry Relations for Accredited Surety & Casualty Co. Inc. of Orlando, Florida. He holds a B.S in Economics from the University of Southern Mississippi and a M.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.  
                                                    
Gene is a past President of the Mississippi Bail Agents Association where he currently serves as Treasurer. He served as President of the Professional Bail Agents Association of the United States from 1996 to 1997 and currently serves as Secretary and holds the PBUS Master Certified Bail Agent (MCBA) desigination.   Gene was honored as Bail Agent of the Year by PBUS in 1998 and was elected to the PBUS Hall of Fame in 2007.  He is a member and serves on various civic association boards in Mississippi and is a volunteer assistant baseball coach at Hinds Community College.
